Three generations in, a high-end pet-fashion manufacturer bet its future on selling direct. We rebuilt the business around that bet: storefronts on Shopify, Shopware 6 and Magento 2 (Hyvä), each serving its own market, all fed by a custom ERP/PIM that runs customer service, stock and fulfilment, with orders flowing in and shipping on their own. Admin load fell 95% and revenue grew 12.5x in two years.
